Katie Kenny has over 20 years of experience as a pageant contestant and titleholder. Katie's experience competing consists of National American Miss, Royal International Miss, Miss America Organization, Miss USA, American Coed, Outstanding American Miss, Miss Nationwide, World's Glamorous Miss, Miss American Model, America's Total Miss, America's US Miss, and Star Jewel. Awards and titles are listed below. As a lifetime dancer and adrenaline rush junkie, she found her way into cheerleading in high school after competing for dance and gymnastics for over 10 years. She was a state champion in cheerleading and went on to cheer at Iowa Central Community College and later Northwest Missouri State University where her team was named two-time UCA Collegiate Champions. She worked eight years on UCA staff. Over her time with UCA, she led coaches training sessions, worked college staff all over the United States, and led camps of over 300 athletes. After starting her job full time, she started her own choreography business called, Intensity Choreography. She now choreographs cheer routines all over the Midwest.  She can also choreograph dance routines and alter dance routines to meet the pageant competition world. 

Katie has been a featured speaker at Huron's What's Right in Healthcare Conference and facilitates leadership sessions and has developed a Leadership Playbook for use with her past organization. She is a TEDxSpeaker, with a talk titled "Bullying, Death, and Drama: Don't Judge a Book by It's Cover". She is a trained Predictive Index Consultant, Extended DISC certified,  a graduate of Dale Carnegie's courses titled "How to Win Friends and Influence Business People" and "Breakthrough to Leadership", Aveea Consulting Extreme Facilitation, IMPACT- Speak Your Way to Success, and a Six Sigma Yellow Belt. 

Katie holds a B.S. in Marketing and Management and a Master's in Business Administration from Northwest Missouri State University. Katie has worked in Human Resources since 2015. She currently serves as a Senior HR Business Partner for a corporate organization.  She resides in Waukee, IA and has two children (Josie and Christian), and has two dogs Charley and Bentley and is married to Will.  In her spare time she loves working out, reading, binge watching shows, volunteering, and going to Hope Lutheran Church.

Consultant

Alexandra Curtis is a Field Artillery Officer in the Rhode Island National Guard. She currently serves as commander the “Governor’s Own” 88th Army Band. Prior to her current assignment she served as the commander of the 110th Public Affairs Detachment, where she led her team through a deployment in support of Operation Joint Guardian (Kosovo Force). 

Alexandra considers herself a life long learner and is a graduate of Syracuse University, Brown University, Salve Regina University, West Virginia University, and University of Rhode Island. She is now pursuing a PhD in Communication from University of North Dakota.

One of her greatest honors was representing Rhode Island at the 2016 Miss America competition. She began running marathons to challenge herself physically and mentally. She’s completed 13 marathons and is thrilled to reach her dream of running the Boston Marathon. In her spare time she enjoys learning to play the drums and spending time with her rescued German Shepherds, Goose and Charlie.

Rebecca Chia has worn many hats in her almost 15 years in pageantry, including being a titleholder, director, judge, hair and makeup artist, and now a coach with EPIC Consulting! Rebecca has been involved in various national and international pageants, holding numerous regional, state, and national titles for systems including Miss America, National American Miss, International United Miss, and Princess of America. 

Rebecca has been recognized and awarded for her work with her service initiative platform, RealizASIANS: Ending Bias & Uplifting Culture, which brings awareness, educates, and amplifies the voices of marginalized communities. Her platform became the foundation for her education, as Rebecca holds a master’s degree in Sociology with research interests in popular culture and race and ethnicity, with a special emphasis on Asians and Asian Americans. Her master’s thesis focuses on the experiences of Asian women who compete in beauty pageants, which has been recognized and presented at conferences in Iowa and Illinois and read by thousands around the world. Rebecca was previously a college instructor, teaching undergraduate courses on race and ethnicity, gender, and social inequality. 

Rebecca is also the marketing director and social media manager for a national organization where her work reaches audiences of over 100,000 people and 32,000 followers. She is the CEO and founder of her own social media management business called Rebranded by Rebecca, where she creates custom graphics, branding services, and social media services to business owners, influencers, and, of course, pageant titleholders. From the stage to the interview room to social media, Rebecca is ready to elevate YOU to become the most EPIC version of yourself!
